Description
Our client is a developer undertaking new build residential and mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to be based on a 95 PBSA scheme in Central London.
The position will report into the Project Director.
Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading either PBSA or hotel developments more than £8m. It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £95k - £1k + full package bonus.
