Caretaker

We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Highbury N5)
Monday Friday
8:am - 16:pm
Temp Contract - Ongoing
Pay rate - £15.8ph paye
Job Purpose
* Carry out basic maintenance tasks e.g. minor repairs, painting, fixing fixtures, unblocking drains)
* Assist skilled trades electricians, plumbers, etc.) with planned preventative maintenance PPM) work
* Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults within the building
* Ensure buildings and equipment are kept in safe working condition
