Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor

Role :- Senior/Managing Surveyor

A Tier 1 Main Contractor with a turnover of £15 million is currently looking for a Driven, motivated experienced Senior Surveyor who is looking for the next level to progress to. Our client is currently working with one of the most Iconic and a global brand who is seeking to establish their HQ in the heart of London.This iconic Project is valued over £1 million Cut Carve Refurbishment with a high spec fit out over 11 floors. The key duties include

* Procurement

* 2 Stage tender

* JCT DB Traditional forms of contract

* Managing a Team of 5-7 Surveyors

* Contract Administration

* Receiving and analysing tender submissions,

* Full procurement of subcontract packages, materials and other resources including preparing, implementing, and managing formal subcontracts under JCT, company standard and negotiated amended terms, measurement exercises

* Pricing variations and other in-house works, preparing and submitting applications for payment, engrossment of collateral warrantee documentation,

* Cost Value Reconciliation

* Reporting

* Budgeting, cost flow, cash flow,

* Final accounting,

* Delay analysis

* Preparation and submission of contractual notices

* Calculation of loss and expense

* Assessment of subcontractor applications,

* Raising and distributing payment notices in accordance with the Construction Act

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor working on a high End fit out valued over £15 million. Must have excellent communication skills at all levels and be delivery focussed.
