A leading, multi-disciplinary Chartered Construction Consultancy is growing its Building Surveying offering across the UK and is seeking an MRICS Building Surveyor in central Birmingham.

This is a hybrid role offering considerable flexibility.

The Building Surveyors role

The successful Building Surveyor will join the Consultancys head office in Birmingham to deliver a variety of commercial and industrial projects across the region, carrying out a mixture of traditional and project focused Surveying services.

Projects are highly varied, ranging from education to mixed use, to scientific and much more.

The Building Surveyor

* MRICS qualified

* Commercial and/or industrial sector experience

* Worked within a UK Chartered Surveying / Consultancy environment

* Team player and client facing
