” About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy, friendly production team in Coventry.
This is a permanent role with a great work-life balance ” 4 days on, 3 days off ” ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and a steady, secure position.

Youll be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, carrying out basic quality checks and keeping the line running smoothly and safely.

•’ Shift Details

* Afternoon Shift: 2:pm 12:3am

* 4 days per week set pattern, no rotating shifts)

* 3 days off every week!
