Machine Operator with Counterbalance FLT
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands B7)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time.

Machine Operator Pay: £12.5 Per Hour + Over-time Available when Permanent.

Machine Operator Shifts - Rotating Shifts - Days Afternoons

Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 6: - 14:3. Friday 6: - 12:
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 14: - 22:3. Friday 12: - 18:

Machine Operator Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery to produce batch and bespoke parts.
Load Unload machines using the FLT.
Utilise the COUNTERBALANCE Fork Lift Truck in order to continue production.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and targets.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have a Counterbalance FLT licence for this role. We can also accept an expired licence providing there is a copy of the certificate. Refreshers Available)

What were looking For in a Machine Operator:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
An In-date Counterbalance FLT licence or a recently expired certificate refreshers available in-house)
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement.
