Groundworker

We are recruiting for an experienced groundworks gang to join a large residential housing development in Barnet, North London. The work is heavily front end focused ” strip, reduce, drainage, foundations and services ” with a long-term programme ahead for the right team.

We are ideally looking for a ready-made gang who can mobilise quickly and work together as a unit from day one. Individual applications from experienced 36 operators and groundworkers are also welcome and will be considered.

Preferred: Complete gang of 3 ” one 36 operator and two groundworkers ” ready to start together. Please state in your application if you are applying as a gang.

What we need

36 operator 1 required)

* Valid CPCS or NPORS 36 excavator ticket ” essential

* Experienced on front end housing ” strip, dig, trench foundations

* Comfortable working to tight tolerances and drawings

Groundworkers 2 required)

* Valid CPCS or NPORS dumper ticket ” essential for both

* Solid front end groundworks background on housing sites

* Drainage foul and storm), strip footings, kerbing, haunching

* Services ducting, setting out, sub-base and road formation

* Concrete works ” blinding, floor slabs, oversite
