Multi-Trade Groundworker

Rate: £25.7 per hour

Role Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Groundworker to work across social housing properties on a mobile basis. This role involves carrying out a mix of groundwork and general multi-trade repairs, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, footings, paving, and reinstatement
Complete fencing repairs and installations
Undertake general multi-trade work such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical tasks
Perform reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Use PDA/handheld devices to manage and update jobs
Work independently across multiple locations
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
Provide good customer service when dealing with tenants

Requirements
Proven experience as a Groundworker / Multi-Trade Operative
Strong knowledge of social housing maintenance
Skilled in a range of trades groundworks, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
Full UK driving licence essential)
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Good communication skills

Compliance
Standard DBS check required must be willing to complete)
