The Project
Youll be managing an occupied social housing scheme on the LQ framework, delivering:

* Window replacements

* Roofing works

Working within a live environment, youll play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and with minimal disruption to residents.

* Ability to manage programmes, subcontractors, and site safety
