Are you a driven and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in internal fit-out? We're looking for a proactive individual to take the reins on a 14-storey residential block of apartments in Walthamstow, overseeing works from 1st fix ME and carpentry through to completion.
Ӭ Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all internal fit-out works from 1st fix stage
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
* Ensure high standards of health safety, quality, and programme compliance
* Report progress regularly to the Project Manager
* Maintain daily site records and liaise with stakeholders

* Proven experience managing internal fit-out works on multi-storey residential projects
* Strong knowledge of 1st fix ME and carpentry sequencing
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage schedules, subbies, and site logistics effectively
