Site Labourer / Van Driver

An established manufacturer of security shop fronts based in Birmingham requires an experienced site labourer / van driver.
Duties:
* You will be delivering shop front material to sites thoughout the UK in a 3.5 tonne van.
* Working in the factory when not required for driving.
* Collecting goods from suppliers.
* Ensuring vehicle is kept road worthy and safe at all times.
* On site you will be assisting the shop fitter using hand and power tools.
* Cutting wood to length, screwing in fittings, using an angle grinder and other hand tools.
* Removing all waste from site and disposing into allocated skips.
* This job involves manual handling and would suit someone with experience of site work.
* There are 1 to 2 paid nights out a week.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence with less than six points.
* CSCS card required.
* Advanced DBS check required.
* Delivery van experience.
* Labouring, use of hand and power tools, and manual handling experience.
Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours to 55 hours per week,
* Early starts.
* Overtime may be available.
This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
