Senior Technical Service Manager

Senior Technical Service Manager needed on a permanent basis in Islington, Central London close to Camden Town, Westminster, Hackney, Paddington, Chelsea and Whitechapel.

My client is a highly accomplished Fit-Out company working on mainly High End Residential projects and Super Prime Hotels.

Duties

* Provide MEP Technical Services support across all aspects of the project from Pre-tender through to Testing, Commissioning, Demonstrations, Handover and Practical Completion.

* Lead by example and take full ownership of the MEP Technical Services packages whilst reporting to the Project/Contracts Manager PM/CM), who has overall responsibility for the project.

* Assist the PM/CM to manage the construction programme throughout the life cycle of the project including regular progress updates/droplines particularly all MEP aspects of the project.

* Ensure Company Procedures, 141 Environmental, 91 Quality and Statutory HS Regulations are enforced.

The successful Senior Technical Service Manager will have the following;

* Proven Experience in a Technical Service Manager role.

* Experience working on prestige hotels, commercial interiors and luxury super prime residential projects.

* HNC in Engineering is highly desirable.

* Electrical qualifications.
