Senior Quantity Surveyor

Were looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a global consultancy that combines the scale to deliver exciting, high-value projects with the close-knit culture of a supportive team. Based in Birmingham or Stoke, youll take the commercial lead on major new-build industrial and logistics schemes for a key client - shaping projects from concept right through to completion.

The Role

Youll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and cost planning to procurement, contract administration, and final accounts. JCT contract experience is essential, and exposure to Design Build projects or acting as Employers Agent would be a real advantage. More than anything, were looking for someone who can build client trust, manage stakeholders effectively, and keep projects commercially on track.
