Three9s Talent is working with a respected commercial fit-out contractor in London to appoint a Senior Project Manager who will take full delivery ownership of fast-paced commercial interiors projects from pre-start to handover.

What Senior PM will Do
As Senior Project Manager, youll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring every phase is delivered to a high standard - with control, clarity, and consistency.
Youll lead projects from pre-start through to handover, develop structured programmes and schedules, and take full control of site delivery. Youll coordinate subcontractors and consultants, maintain high quality standards, ensure compliance RAMS, HS), report progress accurately, and complete full close-out including snagging and OMs.

Youre already delivering commercial fit-out or interiors projects with structure and control. You understand site dynamics, lead proactively, and communicate with clarity.
Senior Project Manager Brings:
* 5-1+ years experience in commercial fit-out, interiors, or shopfitting
* A track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
* Deep understanding of sequencing, operations, and subcontractor management
* Clear, confident communication with site teams and stakeholders
* A structured, proactive mindset with attention to detail
* Calm, accountable decision-making under pressure
* A full UK driving licence
