Are you an experienced construction planner with a solid background in reinforced concrete RC) frames and groundworks? Were working with a leading civil engineering contractor seeking a Senior Planner to join their dynamic pre-construction and delivery teams on high-profile infrastructure and commercial projects across [insert region, e.g., London the South East].

” About the Role:

As Senior Planner, you'll take ownership of the planning function across multiple RC frame and groundwork projects, working closely with estimators, project managers, and clients. Youll be instrumental in shaping the programme strategy from tender through to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

‹ Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6)

*

Provide planning support during tender stages and live projects

*

Liaise with site teams to track progress and update project timelines

*

Identify project risks and mitigation strategies

*

Prepare and present reports to clients and senior leadership

± Requirements:

*

Proven experience in planning RC frame and groundwork packages

*

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and methodologies

*

Proficiency in planning software Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, or MS Project)

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar preferred)
