* Work with a broad range of clients across commercial sectors
* Take on dilapidations, technical surveys, schedules of condition, and cost assessments
* Provide expert advisory and project management services
* Liaise directly with clients, ensuring top-notch communication and service
 What Youll Need
* Qualifications: Degree in Building Surveying + MRICS, with 2+ years post-qualification
* Skills: Strong client liaison, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset
