Sales Lettings Surveyor

We are looking for looking for a motivated Surveyor to join a successful sales and lettings department in the Sutton Coldfield and surrounding area.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work across multiple sectors, including Retail, Office, Industrial, Investment, Land, and Development, ensuring variety in your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with ongoing client instructions, including:

Advising on real estate strategies

Implementing property strategies

Preparing client reports

Conducting client viewing tours

Negotiating Heads of Terms

Reviewing commercial lease agreements and their terms
Manage and lead client instructions as appropriate
Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry
Stay informed on local market trends and real estate legislation
Maintain a professional presence within the industry Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of industry experience ideally with commercial agency experience)
Full UK driving licence
RICS membership open to all levels: Student, AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS)
