Independent recruitment agency for niche temporary Construction and Engineering operatives is seeking an experienced all sector considered) Resourcer to join a busy team delivering blue-collar operatives to passive fire prevention projects all around the UK

Recruitment Resourcer Key duties will include:

* Resourcing of temp Blue-Collar TL workers.

* Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.

* Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, and referrals.

* Checking workers have the correct certificates CSCS/PPE).

* Creating a shortlist of candidates for requirements.
