We are working with a well-established retail fit out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver fast-paced retail fit out projects across the London and South East region.

This role would suit a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a strong track record delivering multiple retail schemes to programme and budget.

The Role:

Managing retail fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover

*

Project values typically ranging from £2k £5k

*

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

*

Managing programmes, budgets, and cost control

*

Acting as the main point of contact for clients and consultants

*

Ensuring HS, quality, and compliance are maintained on all projects

Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering retail fit out projects £2k £5k)

*

Strong understanding of fast-track retail programmes

*

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred)

*

Full UK driving licence
