TRIbuild Solutions are hiring a Project Manager on behalf of our client - a leading civil engineering and infrastructure specialist with over 4 years of experience across water, transport, built environment, and energy sectors.
”Ž The Role:
We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering projects from design to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget. You'll work closely with site delivery teams and surveyors while driving commercial performance and maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards.
’ª Key Responsibilities:
”ï¸ Manage project costs, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
”ï¸ Develop and maintain construction programmes.
”ï¸ Lead site meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping and action follow-ups.
”ï¸ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
”ï¸ Ensure compliance with company procedures, health, safety, and environmental standards.
”ï¸ Provide cost-effective engineering solutions and resolve design challenges.
”ï¸ Produce risk assessments, method statements, and site waste management plans.
”ï¸ Manage subcontractors and drive commercial efficiency.
About You:
Essential:
”ï¸ Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent).
”ï¸ Strong knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, NEC contracts, and cost control.
”ï¸ Proficient in Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
”ï¸ MEICA capabilities.
”ï¸ CSCS Manager's card, SMSTS, and NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
”ï¸ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
”ï¸ Experience managing heavy civils, rail, water, and utilities projects.
”ï¸ Sub-contract management and P6 programming experience.
”ï¸ Temporary works coordinator/supervisor experience.
Desirable:
ž• CEng MICE.
ž• Knowledge of JCT contracts.
ž• Thames Water and rail project experience.
ž• NRSWA and Lifting AP training.
