The Role
We are looking for a skilled Plasterer - Multi Trader to join their responsive maintenance team, working across social housing properties in South London. The role involves carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, with carpentry as the main trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake all aspects of plastering repairs and finishes to a high standard

*

Carrying out additional trades as required e.g. basic carpentry, tiling, general maintenance)

*

Delivering responsive maintenance in occupied and void properties

*

Ensuring all works are completed on time, safely, and to company standards

*

Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plasterer / Multi Trader

*

Previous experience in social housing / responsive maintenance preferred

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong customer service skills
