About the Role
MJM is actively seeking skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our team at Heathrow Airport on a long-term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, maintaining and servicing cutting-edge baggage handling systems.

What Youll Be Doing
As a Mechanical/Maintenance Fitter, youll play a key role in keeping Heathrows baggage systems operating smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

* Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on conveyor and baggage handling systems

* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults to minimise downtime

* Collaborating with your team to ensure optimal performance and safety of all equipment

What Were Looking For

* City Guilds or NVQ Level 3 or above) in a mechanical or maintenance-related discipline

* Flexibility to work a mixture days, nights, and weekends as required

* Hands-on experience with conveyor systems or similar mechanical equipment

Desirable but not essential)

* Experience or background in FMCG, manufacturing, industrial, or automated environments

* A 5-year checkable work history to support Airside Pass clearance
