Location: Wolverhampton
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temp-to-Perm 12 weeks)

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join a busy and expanding manufacturing and distribution company in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machinery experience who is looking for a stable, long-term role.

Shift Pattern:

* Monday Thursday: 7:3 16:3

* Friday: 7:3 13:3

* Flexibility required as shifts may potentially change to Monday Thursday: 6: 16:3.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate various machinery, including punch presses, manual equipment, and bending tools

* Cut materials to specified lengths using saws

* Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately

* Perform basic machining tasks, including measurements and calculations

* Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch

* Assist with general labour and warehouse duties

* Undertake manual handling and heavy lifting as required

Requirements:

* Previous experience operating industrial machinery

* Ability to confidently read and follow engineering drawings

* Strong practical skills and ability to work independently

* Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding tasks

* Availability to work fixed day shifts
