Direct Sales Representative

Chase Taylor Recruitment are working with a top Installation company in the West Midlands, known for their high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories. Theyre looking to expand their team due to growing demand in the domestic market.
What the Job Involves:
* Youll be visiting customers in their homes across the West Midlands, helping them find the perfect windows, doors, conservatories, porches, or verandas for their homes.
* All appointments are pre-qualified, so youll have around 6-8 customers a week who need a quote. On average, youll have 12-14 appointments each week”so its busy but rewarding!
* Youll work Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM, plus Saturdays from 9:3 AM 4 PM 5 days a week).
* Youll also spend 1-2 days a week in the busy Coseley showroom, meeting customers, offering quotes, and selling their products.
What Youll Need:
* Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
* Good communication skills both written and spoken), with solid grammar and numeracy skills.
* A valid driving license and your own car for traveling to appointments.
* The ability to follow a proven sales process and manage your time effectively.
* Experience in customer-facing roles, especially if you enjoy talking to people and providing great service.
Nice to Have:
* Some knowledge of the fenestration windows/doors) or construction industry would be a bonus.
* Previous experience in home sales with strong negotiation skills would be ideal.
Whats on Offer:
* A base salary of £28,, with the potential to earn £55,+ in commission”theres no cap on what you can earn!
* £12 per month fuel allowance to help with travel costs.
