Description
Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor urgently seek a Construction Manager who can work NIGHTS in Birmingham.
This role is to work NIGHTS. From 7pm - 5am within a hospital type environment. The role is to manage and supervise the stripout and refit of fire protection and prevention within the ME of a live in use site.
Due to the Site being live and busy during the daytime it is required to work NIGHTS. Previous hospital experience, prison experience or any secure environment which is in use day and night will be required.
This will require specialist ME experience, managing fire protection and prevention on major me packages which will equate to £15m over 5 years £3m package value per annum)
