We are looking for a full time Commercial Manager for a contract role based in Birmingham working with a well estalibished rail company.
Work Description to be undertaken:
* Provide commercial expertise and clear guidance on NEC contract requirements and documentation.
* Manage the client change control account up to and including final account.
* Manage the recording of progress and delays, change management and keep relevant contemporaneous records.
* Produce and issue target cost client application for payments in line with contract requirements and aligned with programme Earned Value.

* Experience in rail signalling
