The Role
As a Chartered Surveyor, you will:

Carry out RICS Building Surveys, Homebuyer Surveys, and Red Book Market Valuations across the West Midlands.
*
Deliver clear, comprehensive reports Level 1, 2 3) that clients can easily understand.
*
Provide Red Book valuations for probate, matrimonial, and inheritance tax purposes.
*
Undertake housing association condition reports training provided if needed).
*
Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
*
Communicate effectively with clients pre- and post-survey, ensuring outstanding customer service.
*
Keep up to date with market changes and maintain CPD.
This role is home-based, with occasional travel to the office
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
*
MRICS or FRICS qualified VRS registration preferred but not essential).
*
Ideally based in the West Midlands, with good local knowledge.
*
Experienced in delivering RICS Level 1, 2 3 surveys.
*
A strong communicator, able to build relationships and instill confidence in clients.
*
Organised, with excellent time management and the ability to manage your own diary.
*
Full UK driving licence holder with access to a car.
