Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client requires an Intermediate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has previous experience working on either construction or engineering projects to join their business on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be involved with an established contractor who works on large scale projects throughout London.
My client works a mix of Infrastructure and Commercial projects and requires an enthusiastic individual who is looking to progress with an established business reporting into a senior surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
Measurement, valuation and agreement of sub-contract accounts.
Assistance in identification of potential risks and opportunities on projects.
Assistance in preparation of project budgets.
Assistance in the selection of sub-contractors to undertake the works and subsequent appointment.
Preparation of monthly cost and value reports and reconciliation.
Preparation and continual development of Cash Flow Forecasts.
Management and agreement of change both pre and post contract.
Providing commercial and contractual advice to project management team with respect design development.
This project requires someone and will be paying a starting salary of £35 - 4, + Full Package
