Salary: up to £35, starting salary
Hours: 37.5 hours per week + Overtime paid at 1.5x)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator on behalf of a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer based in Solihull. The Role Key Responsibilities:
* MIG welding of mild and stainless steel 2mm 15mm)
* Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
* Fabricating components for bespoke commercial vehicles
* Carrying out positional welding to a high standard
* Using overhead cranes for safe material handling
* Working closely with the fabrication and engineering teams to meet production deadlines
Requirements What Youll Need:
* Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding
* Experience working with both mild and stainless steel
* Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
* Skilled in positional welding
* Experience using overhead cranes desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
Working Hours:
Rotating weekly shift pattern:
* Week 1: Monday to Friday 6:am to 2:pm
* Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2:pm to 1:pm, Friday 2:pm to 7:pm
37.5 hours per week, with regular overtime available at 1.5x
