Technical Services Manager - Central London
Are you an Intermediate Technical Services Manager looking to make an impact on high-profile projects in the heart of London? My client, with over 3 years in the DB sector, is looking for someone to join their growing team and deliver exciting projects ranging from £2k to £3M.
About the Role: As the Technical Services Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering Commercial Cat A, Cat A+, Cat B, Cut Carve, and heavy refurbishments from Stage 3 Design to Project Completion. Your leadership will guide a variety of schemes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of management experience in a similar role
- HNC qualification or a strong background in ME Mechanical Electrical)
- Proven expertise in DB fit-out or traditional fit-out works
- Ability to manage fast-paced, quick-turnaround projects with tight deadlines
