A leading building compliance and testing consultancy is seeking an experienced Sound Insulation Tester to join their growing acoustic testing division. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a respected, forward-thinking business known for its professional approach, supportive culture, and commitment to quality.

The Role

Youll carry out sound insulation testing on residential and commercial developments in line with Building Regulations Part E. Working remotely from home, youll plan and manage your own workload, visiting sites across the M25 and Oxfordshire areas, with occasional visits to head office for meetings and training.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Conducting pre-completion sound insulation tests on new build and conversion projects
Liaising with site teams and clients to deliver professional, reliable service
Producing accurate test reports in accordance with regulatory standards
Supporting the wider compliance team where neededAbout You

Were looking for a self-motivated and technically minded individual who enjoys a mix of site work and independent working.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years experience conducting sound insulation testing
IOA / ANC registration or working towards)
Strong communication and report-writing skills
