We are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to join us in Battersea and EC2 areas
About the Role
Working to deliver the best quality service, youll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.
Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received into our system, in accordance with our policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.
Candidates will have excellent customer service experience, ideally within a facades or housing environment, working as a Liaison Officer, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. Well organised, with strong administration experience, youll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude to communicate at all levels and will be IT literate, especially in Excel.
