The Opportunity

Join an ambitious and fast-growing fit-out contractor with a brilliant, experienced team delivering exceptional projects across London and the South East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead on a £5m Phase 1 Refurbishment, forming part of a £25m luxury hotel redevelopment in Central London. Youll gain hands-on responsibility, autonomy, and exposure to high-profile work ” while being supported by a senior team with a proven track record in delivering complex, high-end schemes.

Youll enjoy a flexible working pattern ” 12 days from home, with the rest split between our Central London office and live sites.

What You'll Be Doing

*

Take full commercial responsibility for the £5m Phase 1 hotel refurbishment.

*

Prepare and negotiate subcontractor packages and manage procurement schedules.

*

Lead CVRs, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.

*

Maintain cost control, risk management, and project profitability.

*

Manage change control and oversee final accounts.

*

Drive value engineering and ensure cost efficiency across delivery.

*

Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.

What Were Looking For

*

Proven experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects ideally £2m£2m).

*

Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial best practice.

*

Experience in hotel, commercial, or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent).
