Are you an experienced proposals or bid professional looking for your next challenge? Were seeking a confident Proposals Manager to lead the development of compelling, high‘quality bid submissions across a range of sectors and markets.

In this role, youll act as the quality lead on major opportunities, managing bid writers and SMEs, shaping persuasive response structures, facilitating answer‘planning workshops, and ensuring all submissions are clear, compliant and strategically aligned. Youll also champion best practice, support knowledge management, and use AI‘enabled tools to drive smarter, more efficient bidding.

What youll bring:

* 5 years + of experience in proposals management and bid writing highways and rail experience is a plus)

* Excellent communication and writing skills

* Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content

* A proactive, organised approach and confidence working to tight deadlines
