Diamond are working with a leading fit-out contractor based in the heart of London who work on a mixture of projects in the City from critical services, commercial fit outs to data centres.

Our client are looking for a fit-out Project Manager to be responsible for smaller fit out works up to £3m in value.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* 10+ years experience within the fit out & construction industry

* Ideally from a trade background with understanding of trades

* Forward thinking

* Capable of using MS Packages such as word, excel and projects

* Happy to work on multiple projects in BAU/Small works along with other work such as firestopping

* Ability to chair client and subcontractor meetings

* Ability to enforce process well & table ideas
