Employers Agent / Project Manager

Due to an increase in workload this multi-disciplinary consultancy is currently looking to appoint an Senior Building Surveyor / Employers Agent based in their London office. The organisation has been in operation for over 40 years and has become a market leading specialist in the Residential sector. They provide a variety of services including; Project Management, Health and Safety, Cost Consultancy and Building Surveying on New Build, Regeneration and Maintenance projects.

Duties:

* You will be assisting senior members of staff with Employers Agent and Client Representative duties on a variety of high profile new build housing and regeneration projects across London and the Home Counties.

* You will be working on various stages of multiple projects from inception to completion ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

* You will be undertaking various forms of tender process (OJEU, framework and negotiated).

Candidate requirements:

* You will be degree qualified (BSc / MSc Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying) or related degree.

* You will be recently MRICS qualified or be working towards chartership nearing completion.

* You will be experienced in Residential Development.
