Multi Trade Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade to work on a reactive maintenance programme for the commercial industry

Candidate requirements:
- experienced in carpentry, plumbing, plastering etc.
- 4 years min experience including adhering to all HS standards of operation
- F-Gas certification preferred but not essential
- valid ECS Card
- driving licence
- able work within Health and Safety regulations
- be flexible with regarding to working hours, predominantly local work with rare stays away

- strong understanding of commercial and industrial installation and maintenance projects and associated maintenance requirements
- multi-skilled with experience in carpentry, plumbing, and other general trades and enjoys the challenge of a multi-disciplinary environment
- track record of delivery in a maintenance environment
- excellent administration skills and attention to detail in the accuracy and timeliness of submissions
- attention to detail in completion of works to quality and client satisfaction standards
- good communication skills with client, engineers and management team
