Location: Hounslow and surrounding areas

Salary: £41, + Van Fuel Card and excellent benefits

The Role

Were looking for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team working across social housing residential properties.

Duties

* You will be required to carry out a range of carpentry and multi trade works including but not limited to plastering, carpentry, decorating both externally and internally and tiling.

* Complete full repairs and maintenance service to a high specification quality standard using contract specifications.

* Plan each job and ensure the required materials are available to ensure the work is completed to schedule.

* Provide excellent customer service

What Youll Need

*

Carpentry biased, multi trade background

* Apprenticeship / City Guilds/ NVQ 2-3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Experience in social housing or property maintenance desirable)
