Junior Quantity Surveyor

Extension Architecture is an award-winning architectural practice based in London. We specialise in extensions and large scale residential building designs and commercial projects. We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, support build costing, quantity estimations and learning the contract administration and checking progress of works.
Role Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate cost estimations for internal building projects.
* Learn and assist in contract administration processes.
* Support the Director with project management and coordination.
* Assist with budgeting, Schedules for procurement, and cost control.
* Work closely with Internal Architect and project teams to ensure efficiency.
Requirements:
* Graduate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
* 2 years of professional experience.
* Company car will be provided.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Good communication and organisational abilities.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Must live within 2 miles of our London office.
