Description
My client is a fast paced, fun and creative Design and Build fit out company based in the heart of London.
They're looking to expand their ever growing team by adding a junior pre con into the mix.
You'll be working along side a more senior pre con and be well on your way to promotion from the off.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Organise Subcontractors’ site visit
* Coordinate with subcontractors to accurately estimate the works required to deliver the Scope of Works
* Develop the Project Scope of Works and Project Budgets
* Organise, collect and analyse subcontractors’ tender returns to assure competitive pricing and profit maximisation
Great opportunity for someone with a good head for numbers and a minimum of 2 years in D&B fit out as a pre con or estimator
