HVAC Estimator

I am looking to recruit a Building Services HVAC Mechanical Estimator. Working with a well established Design Build Contractor based in Central London. Projects will range from £5, to £4m within commercial office fit out.
Candidates need to have minimum 5 years+ experience and be able to do a full take off's and measurement of the mechanical services, both plumbing and ductwork, preparing tender returns ready for submission. Read technical specifications to ensure compliance on returns.
