Location: SW London

Salary: Circa £6k - £8k depending upon expeirence

A main contractor specialising in retrofit and refurbs are now looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental Quality Manager to join their team.

Health, Safety, Environmental Quality Manager - Role

* 2-3 Days per week based in HQ and Visiting Sites in central London

* Assist in Tendering HS and Prequal information.

* Producing CPHSP

* Assisting Producing RAMS for Sites and Various site tasks.

* Weekly Audits on live projects

* Weekly reports for Directors

* Assisting with Managing the HS of workforce on site

* Managing HS in HQ and producing necessary RA Fire Plans

* Compliance with Legislation relating to HS

* Managing and Liaising with Site Managers to come up with Proactive Methods to undertake site works.

* Reviews of HS paperwork and Hold Points prior to work commencing

* Temporary Works Coordination on projects Managing Process and systems of work. Hold Points.

* Training Matrix and Training Plan updates review.

* Producing Fire Plans RA for sites

* Assisting Directors where required

Health, Safety, Environmental Quality Manager Person requirments:

The ideal candidate MUST come from the construction industry as a Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

* Ideally a Grad IOSH Cert-IOSH) Member and working towards CMIOSH

* Hold a minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma or Equivilent in Occupational Health and Safety

* Ideally hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate

* CSCS Registered managers card Gold - Black

* CITB 5 Day SMSTS

* Temp Works Coordinator

* Qualified 1st Aider
