Salary: £34,28 annually

A Groundworker is required, working for a local council. The Groundworker role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Groundworker are:

Carrying out works on domestic properties
Providing a high level of customer service
Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobsRequirements of a Groundworker:

Must have a full UK driving licence
Must have previous social housing experience
Must have experience of using a PDA Benefits for the Groundworker:

No weekend work
Monday to Friday 8.am-17.pm
Van and fuel card supplied
