Job Vacancy: General Builder / Site Supervisor.
Location: West Birmingham.

Ӭ About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced General Builder/Site Supervisor to oversee house renovation projects across the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Site Manager and hold experience within management. You must hold a good knowledge of all aspects of building - groundworks, brickworks, renovations, joinery.
› ï¸ Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day to day works on site alongside the Site Manager.
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage trades on site.
* Managing trades and driving the project forward to completion.

* Proven experience in construction and hold management experience.
* SMSTS or an SSSTS as minimum.
* First Aid at Work in-date).
* CSCS Card.
* Asbestos Awareness.
