FM Contracts Manager

We are excited to be working with our client, a leading FM Service Provider, to recruit a FM Contracts Manager to manage Hard services including M&E fabric (as well as some soft services) on a fast paced and fast growing contract across several commercial offices in the north London for a national health and social care group

As the FM Contracts Manager, you will have an extensive hard services background. You will hold responsibility for the P&L, operational management, and delivery of a range of leading facilities management services, ensuring that the portfolio is safe, fit for purpose, and fully operational in accordance with client and customer expectations, and also the high standards of service

You will also lead and manage a team and be an excellent communicator, a clear decision-maker, and an approachable people manager with extensive knowledge of delivering hard services.

wWth full budget ownership, the contracts Manager is also responsible for managing revenue and costs for the contract .
