The Company
My client are a specialist contractor delivering high-quality external envelope solutions, including faade systems, roofing, structural framing and cladding packages, across a diverse range of construction projects.
The Role - Facade Estimator
Reporting into a proactive, friendly Estimating Director, you will be responsible for:
* Prepare tenders for various types of contractors including tier 1s.
* Undertaking accurate take offs and preparing detailed scope mark-ups bluebeam)
* Calculating rates including labour, material costs, overheads and profit
* Client bills of quantities and pricing schedules
* Assisting the estimating director with reviewing enquiry documents thoroughly
* Attending meetings and negotiating with clients
* Demonstrate their wide range of experience and knowledge in CWCT tested rainscreen cladding solutions, structural framing systems and cavity barrier system
* Excel, Word, Outlook and Bluebeam.
