I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine based in Hampshire but this work will be around central London, they are a main contractor who specialise in commercial projects. They are a highly reputable company who work all over the south coast!

They are looking for someone who has experience in internal refurbishment on internal commercial projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career as this company offer a great progression path!

Role and responsibilities:

* Working as part of the pre-construction team

* Reporting into the Estimating Manager

* Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates

* Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live

Requirements:

* Experience working for a main contractor

* Experience on commercial refueb projects

* Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages

Salary and benefits:

* Salary up to 7, DOE

* Company car or car allowance

* Benefits package
