Our client is one of London's leading R/C and Demolition Contractors with an excellent reputation for building careers and investing in it's people.
Due to acquisition of new 'major projects' in the capital they are now keen to identify a Construction Manager with a demonstrable track record in delivering technically challenging cut carve schemes throughout the capital.
Our client has an enviable reputation for safety, quality and delivery with a full order book going into 225.
Applicants interested in the positon:
* Outside Agent - In the field in charge of operations.
* Managing and mentoring Site Managers and Section Managers/Black Hats
* Demonstrable track record in delivering projects with Demolition, R/C, Steel and Structural Alterations.
* Harmonising work force and associated package contractors. Keeping project down time to a minimum.
* Strong HSEQ appreciation/acumen.
* Project Manager support - Phased Planning, Look Aheads.
