TLC Auto Refinishing Ltd is an established and respected commercial vehicle bodyshop based in Feltham. We specialise in high-quality crash repairs, refinishing, and bespoke commercial vehicle paintwork.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Painter / HGV Paint Technician to join our skilled paint department.

The Role
This is a hands-on, workshop-based position working on large commercial vehicles and fleet units.
You will be responsible for:
* Preparing commercial vehicles for paint masking, sanding, priming)
* Applying high-quality paint finishes to large vehicle panels
* Mixing and colour-matching paints accurately
* Inspecting finished work and rectifying any defects
* Maintaining a clean and organised working area
* Working efficiently to meet productivity targets without compromising quality
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a skilled and reliable commercial vehicle painter with:
* Minimum 3 years experience as a vehicle painter HGV, PSV, fleet, or large vehicles preferred)
* Experience working on large panels and commercial units
* Strong eye for detail and quality finish
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good timekeeping and professional work ethic
* Own spray equipment preferred
* Experience painting trains, aircraft, plant machinery or other large surfaces is highly desirable.
