The Opportunity

Were seeking a Commercial Manager to join a market-leading London fit out contractor, renowned for delivering high-profile commercial office and life sciences projects.

In this pivotal role, youll lead the commercial function across multiple projects, managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, and ensuring the successful commercial delivery of fit outs, refurbishments, and complex cut-and-carve schemes up to circa £2m.

This is a chance to step into a leadership role where your expertise will directly influence project success and support the continued growth of a respected contractor.

What Youll Be Doing

*

Commercial leadership of multiple live projects across London

*

Manage and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, driving best practice

*

Lead procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor negotiations

*

Oversee CVRs, cash flow, forecasting, and reporting to the Commercial Director

*

Implement robust cost control and risk management strategies

*

Lead change management and oversee final accounts

*

Work closely with project delivery and client teams to ensure successful outcomes

What Were Looking For

*

Proven track record as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS in fit out/refurbishment

*

Experience delivering commercial office or life sciences projects CAT A B, cut and carve, refurbishments)

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor commercial teams

*

Excellent contract knowledge JCT preferred) and financial acumen

*

Ability to influence and lead within a high-performing environment
